Just Give Me the Gist of It
You're Not Fat, You're Swollen
The same book, retitled: different doors into the same truth.
This book is the same content as the original Don’t Pollute Your Own Stream, republished under this chapter title from the book. Some people wanted this title, and others were not comfortable giving a book that insinuated the person is fat. Different titles, same book.
In praise of the book
Right between the eyes.
Perhaps the greatest lesson we can learn in our quest for long term, good health is to recognize the fact that the living body is always the healer, and the wisest course of action we can take is to learn how to intelligently get out of its way. Megan Wells has succeeded in encapsulating this simple yet profound truth in one of the most enjoyable and informative little books on the subject you are likely to ever read.
Megan Wells has created an entertaining, straight forward, easy for anyone to understand, inspirational book that leads us to the conclusion that we need to step aside, get out of the way of ourselves and seek the healer first and in turn allow the natural process of the healing to follow. An absolute must if you want to begin or continue moving in a positive direction of keeping your life in balance.
There are no books that I could find out there that were as concise and once again so easy to understand. I recommend this book to anyone that is addressing nutritional needs as well as fasting, colon hydrotherapy, proper eating and nutrition in plain simple English. Congratulations on a book well done. It is about time.
What a hard hitting book! Right between the eyes. I'd like to give these out to my patients.
Potency over quantity.
The whole series awaits.
